Have I convinced you to join Pinterest for your business yet? One aspect of your social media strategy should be how to share your products and services with potential customers. There are many ways to do this on Pinterest. In this tutorial I share a tip for helping people find exactly the content they’re looking for when they come to your website or blog through Pinterest.

If you would like more information about using Pinterest for business, check out this blog post about questions to consider before taking your business to Pinterest, and this one on the benefits of using Pinterest for business. I also keep a Pinterest board full of articles, of course! Happy Pinning!

Hi Anita, I’m keeping an eye on Pinterest to see if my target demographic or “interest” group is active there. What’s your biggest worry for Pinterest as more and more businesses jump on to promote their offerings?

I think the problem will be some companies working too hard to put a square peg into a round hole. Not every company is a good fit, but I think some companies will try really, really hard and fail miserably.

Pro tip! If you highlight the title you want to use for the pin before hitting your Pinterest bookmarklet, it will automatically populate!

Great tip. I do that all the time, but obviously forgot to mention it 🙂
