About Suzanne:

Suzanne is the owner and principal designer of designling & company. Her passion for inspiring and functional spaces comes from a life-long obsession for all things design, earning an Interior Design Certificate from a design school in New York and 10+ years of design experience.

Before launching designling & co, Suzanne was most recently honing her craft as Interior Design Manager at Ikea, where she furthered her love of designing spaces that were both livable and inspirational — at just about any style or budget — throughout the 47 room showroom.

Suzanne’s favourite thing about designing spaces is creating a signature style for each client that reflects their own individuality. Surprising pops of colour, cool vintage treasures, using existing items in new ways, and eco-conscious materials are just some of the elements Suzanne uses in her designs to delight her clients.

Suzanne currently lives in a sweet little 1950s house in the trendy downtown of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with her dog, Tulip.
