What are Custom GPTs and How Can They Help with Social Media?

I built a tool that helps you get out of your own way and finally write the post you’ve been avoiding. No fluff or forced cheerleading. No “just batch 30 Reels this weekend” advice.

It’s called The Flawsome Post Coach, and it’s powered by a Custom GPT that sounds and thinks like me, your favourite anti-hero with a red jacket who actually gets why posting is hard sometimes.

If the words “Custom GPTs” make your eyes glaze over, stay with me. You absolutely do not need to be techy to use one. You just need to be human and have the ability to type. Which, last I checked, you are…and you’re here, so I think you can.

What are Custom GPTs?

Think of it like ChatGPT with a personality transplant…in this case, I’ve given it an anti-hero personality makeover.

Same engine under the hood, but this one has been trained to coach you like I would. It won’t just give you prompts and leave you on your own. Rather, it will give you clarity by asking some of the tough questions I’m known for asking.

Custom GPTs are like having your own private post therapist, writing coach, and “hey, you’ve got this” pep squad rolled into one. It doesn’t do generic or sleazy content, and it definitely won’t try to make you sound like everyone else.

What The Flawsome Post Coach Custom GPT actually does

It helps you figure out a single post. That’s the whole goal.

We’re not brainstorming 100 hooks or developing a month (or six) of content that you’ll hate and never schedule.

It’s also not there to convince you that a new TikTok dance is just what you need.

This custom GPT is built to help you work through real blocks that stop you from posting. It could be a mental spiral, tech confusion, or impostor syndrome. Whatever it is keeping you from actually posting, it’s here to help you identify it and coach you to get at least a single post online.

Because once you get one post online, it’s often easier to get a few more. And then a few more.

How do I access Custom GPTs?

You don’t need to install anything, and there’s no subscription or purchase for this one. All you need is a free ChatGPT account and an open mind.

Then you just click on this link to access The Flawsome Post Coach and click a box. It will walk you through everything, and it will be saved in your account to access later.

You can also search inside your account to find other Custom GPTs by other developers.

How does the Custom GPT work?

  1. You open the The Flawsome Post Coach Custom GPT and click on one of the starter boxes. (see screenshot above)
  2. It asks you questions to figure out what’s actually going on. You answer honestly, as best as you can right now. Don’t overthink anything.
  3. It helps you name the block: mindset, tech, burnout, fear, whatever.
  4. Then it coaches you through it to shape a post, punch it up, or find your words again.
  5. And if you’re ready, it nudges you to actually hit publish (well, you’ll copy, paste, format, add a photo and publish, but you get the picture.)

This is not a content planner, it’s a content catalyst.

It meets you exactly where you are. In the middle of the mess, the overthinking, or the brain fog. And it helps you move forward.

Why This Custom GPT is Free

Too many good ideas are dying in drafts. Too many smart, weird, creative people are stuck staring at the screen, thinking “I should post something,” and then closing the tab. And too many women think they have to be someone they’re not to succeed on social media.

The Flawsome Post Coach helps you show up as you are.

If you use this Custom GPT to post something, please tag me in it and send me your feedback so I can make it even more useful. I want to know what’s working and what’s not.

Your voice matters. Let’s get it out there.
